Kaspar Schürch is director of World Heritage Experience Switzerland (WHES). He has a background in economy and tourism (Hochschule für Wirtschaft Luzern) and international management (University of Applied Sciences FHNW).

WHES is the umbrella organisation for the network of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Switzerland.

WHES works in partnership with tourist organisations to promote and coordinate high-quality, unique experiences. This helps to ensure sustainable development of the universal values and create added (tourist) value for the properties.

From 2020 onwards, WHES will expand its activities to include mediation and management support. A decision based on the expressed needs of its partners.
